To date, production has been carried out from 1.0 ton finger pier buoyancy block to 185.0 ton floating breakwater block as a reinforced concrete floating system element. It was able to design and produce a reinforced concrete floating dock block up to 1.5m wide for a special purpose.
As standard, PMS produces reinforced concrete floating dock units from 2.4 m to 4.0 m in width and from 10.0 m to 20.0 m in length. When the on-site production condition can be met, the production range has increased to floating blocks with a width of 8.0 m and a length of 20.0 m. In case of demand, it is possible to produce wider and longer blocks on site.
As in the width and length dimensions, production can be made outside of the dimensions such as 0.45-0.50-0.55 m, which are standard in the surface line, freeboard, dimension.
Reinforced concrete floating breakwater production has been made for various projects from 4.0 m wide to 8.0 m. Their length is generally 20.0 m, and their total height is from 2.0 m to 5.0 m. Keel height dimensions and surface line, freeboard, dimensions are handled separately for each project requirement.
Hot-dip galvanized reinforced concrete steel is used in all reinforced concrete manufacturing. Reinforced concrete is C40 with fiber additive. The floating dock and floating breakwater blocks assembly parts are all made of hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel. Steel cable fasteners with high bearing capacity and flexible properties are used in the connection of floating blocks to each other. The contact points are equipped with specially designed neoprene wedges. ISO 9001-2008 quality management is taken as basis in design, project planning and production processes. PMS can also provide project support for floating marine structures. In this context, there are many projects approved by official authorities both at home and abroad.

The floaters are filled with a foam system called polystyrene. The buoyancy of the pontoon continues thanks to this system, which makes it difficult to get water even if the buoyant is punctured.
